2. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry

• Final pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, or scope of the job

• Additional charges may apply for excessive debris, hazardous materials, or special requests

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance

• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and legal access to the property

• Securing pets

• Informing us of any hazards prior to service

5. Liability

6. Junk Removal Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse removal of:

• Illegal or restricted items

• Items deemed unsafe to transport
